How does LA Breast & Body use AI?
LA Breast & Bodyuses an AI concierge to answer general questions and help visitors book a consultation, drawn from the practice’s own published content. AI never provides clinical diagnoses, candidacy decisions, or treatment recommendations — all clinical care is provided by Dr. Wai-Yee Li, MD PhD FACS.Data Governance
The AI concierge is designed not to collect medical history or personally identifiable health information. Visitor information is not used to train AI models and is not shared with third-party AI providers for training. For anything clinical, the concierge directs you to a consultation, where your information is handled under the practice’s standard privacy practices.
Any third-party AI services the practice uses operate under terms that prohibit training on the practice’s data. Questions about privacy can be directed to the practice at 626.888.9728.
